This Cold Cucumber Soup is very low in calories (as it contains only Cucumber and Onion and no sugar) as compared to any Cold drink/ fruit juice (either fresh or artificial) available. So chill yourself this summer with a low calorie yet nutritious cool Cucumber Soup.





MAIN INGREDIENTS: 1. Cucumber - 1 (normal size) 2. Onion - 1 (small) 3. Pudina (Mint) - 10/12 leaves 4. Curd - 75ml 5. Garlic Ginger Coriander Paste - 1/4th Tea spoon 6. Salt - As per taste 7. Chaat masala - 1/4th Table spoon 8. Mix herbs powder - 1/4th Table spoon



  1. Peel one regular size Cucumber.
  2. Cut this Cucumber into small pieces.
  3. Cut one small Onion into 4 parts.
  4. Then add all the above mentioned ingredients (Cucumber pieces, cut Onion, Curd, Garlic-Ginger-Coriander paste, Chaat masala, Pudina (Mint) leaves and Salt as per taste) in a mixer. Churn it well to make into a smooth paste.
  5. If required add water into it to improve the consistency.
  6. Now pour it in a glass or bowl.
  7. Sprinkle little herbs powder over it for garnishing and put one Mint leaf.
  8. Keep it in a refrigerator for cooling.
  9. Serve this chilled Low-calorie Cucumber Soup with few ice cubes added into it.
