• MAIN INGREDIENTS: 1. Tomato - 3 (small) 2. Onion - 2 3. Capsicum - 2 4. Sweet Corn - 100 gm (one bowl) 5. Homemade Paneer – 100gm(You can use your own choice of vegetables too) 6. Red Kashmiri Powder - 1/2 Tea spoon 7. Salt - As per taste 8. Chaat Masala - 1/4 Tea spoon 9. Dhana Jeera Powder- 1/4 Tea spoon 10. Dextrose - 1/2 Tea spoon. Optional (if tomato is sour) 11. Coriander - For garnishing
Finely chop Tomato, Onion & Capsicum.
Boil sweet corn in one vessel.
Cut Paneer into small cubes.
Heat one kadai (Sauce pan) on Gas/stove or Hotplate as per choice and availability, then add chopped onion to it.
Roast till it turns pinkish brown in colour. Add little salt to soften it.
Cover it with lid for approx. 2 min.
After 2 min. Add Chopped tomatoes.
Sauté well. Let it cook for about 5 min.
Now add chopped Capsicum and sauté again. Cover it with lid.
Add boiled sweet corns and mix well.
Now add chili (Red Kashmiri) powder, Dhana-jeera powder, salt, Dextrose and sauté everything well.
Finally add paneer cubes to this mixture & sprinkle chaat masala over this. Mix everything well. Cover it for approx. 2 min.
Garnish it with chopped Coriander & serve hot.
