ZERO OIL - GOBI KI SABZI
INGREDIENTS:
1. Cauliflower (steamed) – 1 kg
2. Potato (Boiled) – 1
3. Tomato (Finely chopped) – 1
4. Onion (Finely chopped) – 2
5. Jeera (Cumin seeds) – 1/4th Tea spoon
6. Mustard seeds – 1/4th Tea spoon
7. Turmeric powder – 1/4th Tea spoon
8. Sundae Masala – 1 Tea spoon
9. Salt – As per your taste
10. Coriander-cumin powder – ½ Tea spoon
11. Coriander – For garnishing
METHOD:

- Heat a kadhai on Hotplate/Gas/Stove as per choice and availability.
- Add Cumin seeds (Jeera) to this heated kadhai and Saute for 10 sec.
- Then add Mustard seeds (Mohari) to this and dry roast this for 10 sec.
- Add Turmeric powder to this mixture and sauté immediately.
- Add onion, salt, finely chopped tomatoes and sauté till it becomes softer and cover it with lid.
- Also add little water to them.
- Add boiled potato to this mixture and sauté well for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add steamed cauliflower to this mixture and sauté again. Then add masala and salt (as per taste) to this.
- Now stir and mix everything well and cover kadhai for 20 sec.
- After approx. 20 sec. garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve this zero oil Gobi Ki Sabzi with Roti/Bhakari/Rice.
- This can be an also be a good option for tiffin. Healthy, nutritious, tasty and low in calorie!
